Sync To PocketPC

Hello, I've recently installed the HanDbase Enterprise for Windows Mobile (Pocket PC) 4.1 Build R2 and the App installed just fine to my device via Ms Activesync 4.5. However I can't get the HanDbase Desktop database or forms to sync.. When I select save a box comes up that says INSTALL DATABASE TO.. I then select the user Guest (Pocket PC) and it fails with the message " Unable to Install File: C:\NFCAudit\Invdata_HDF.PDB to User: Guest (Pocket PC).

I've removed and reinstalled Activesync on my PC "Windows XP Pro" and I've removed and reinstalled the Handbase app on the Pocket PC Device but I still can't get the Form or database to go..

Hello,

Sorry for the delay in reply.. I accidentally overlooked your post. This error occurs when the Files conduit for the profile in ActiveSync is not enabled. Turn it on and then try to install your database(s) again. You'll find it works!
