New Phone Samsung GS5

:?: Just received my new GS5. And I am having a a hard time trying to sync with the desktop.
I can type in the ip address in a browser and see that the phone can connect to the PC.
But when I try to sync to HB . I receive a saying it can not connect.

Any info to help?

Did you establish a new partnership with the new phone?

Anytime you get a new device, you need to establish a new partnership in the sync section.

Kurt is right. You will want to start by creating a new partnership between HanDBase on the Galaxy S5 and HanDBase on your computer. If it still fails after doing so, let us know.
