iPhone app Crashes on Sync after Update

I just downloaded an update to my desktop HanDbase program after being prompted to do so. The update is Professional for iPhone/iPad 4.7.7 Add-on build R2.

After installing the update, when I try to sync the iPhone with the desktop the iPhone app minimizes (it's still in background) and get this error message:

"Access violation at address 0049FA44 in module 'iPhoneSync.exe'. Read of address 00003C70."

The synchronizing dialog box says, "Synchronizing with user [xxxx]" Error: Code 200: HTTP/1.1 200 OK"

Do you have any suggestions?

Thanks for posting.

Sorry to read of the issue you are experiencing.

Please try the following:

- Open HanDBase Desktop
- Select the Configure / iPhone Users menu option
- When the sync dialog appears, click the option to view log
- Copy the latest sync entry and paste it into your reply

Also run another sync and when the error dialog appears on the computer, drag the error dialog to the side. On the sync progress dialog that is still showing you should see the name of a database that is being processed.

Please list what is being shown.
