Win Mobile PDA and an Android tablet sync same Access??

Hi,

I just wanna make you a question.

Now I'm working as follows: I have a PDA (Windows Mobile) with which I collect data on field with HanDBase (*.pdb), and then in office, I synchronize the PDA with an MS Access database (*.mdb) on a Windows 7 PC.

Now we have bought an android tablet and I want to know if we can also have the same database in the tablet (*.pdb) and also synchronize it with the same MS Acces database (*.mdb) on the same Windows 7 PC.

The idea is to have two devices working in the field: one with Windows Mobile (PDA) and other Android (tablet) that can synchronize with the same MS Access database in that Windows 7 PCs in the office.

Is that possible, what do I have to do?

THANK YOU VERY MUCH,

Antoni Riba

Hi Antoni,

Thanks for writing.

Yes, you can sync HanDBase for Android on your tablet with the same installation of HanDBase on your Windows 7 computer, syncing to the same Access databases.

Just set up the sync partnership and sync exchange entries for your HanDBase to Access syncing, and you should be all set.
