I figured I would ask this in the forums rather that contact support as others may want to know:
Does Data Exchange (and Sync Exchange) support MS Access 2007 (.accdb) files?
Or, is it better to leave files in the .mdb format?
Thanks!

HanDBase 4 was released with the support for the new file format in Access 2007. Some of the text in the dialog still mentions PDB but it works equally well with the accdb format.

Hope this helps!

It appears there may be one exception - HanDBase does not sync to a multi-valued field in Access 2007. (Understandably enough since the multivalued field is actually a set of linked databases in Access 2007.)
For what it is worth: I am leaving all my Access databases in mdb format since there is very little, if any advantage to using the accdb format. On the other hand, Access 2007 does offer some advantages as an interface.
It is definitely worth loading Office 2007 if you can get it from work, otherwise, it is not worth the price.
