Handbase for use as a journey management tool

I am researching different tools for use to manage journey management within our company.

I have several needs:

1) The system needs to be operable with the use of a smart phone through a phone network.

2) I need a call back system - when a journey is complete the person taking the journey needs to "complete" the journey and if he/she does not I need a system to automatically call them as a reminder - this should be an automated call back.

3) If the person taking the trip has not "completed" their trip after the reminder I need an alert automatically sent to another person to bring them to action.

4) All of the journey details need to be kept in a central data base.

5) I need the ability to build a list of questions for the data base that is veery easy for users to answer on their smart phone.

Is Handbase capable of this?

We appreciate your interest in HanDBase!

While I am sure HanDBase would be a great fit for your needs in many ways, I also want to be totally honest and let you know that at this time HanDBase does not support remote cloud syncing via a cellular network or callbacks.
