Problem with the activation code

Today I bought HandBase desktop for MAC. DDH didnĀ“t sent to me the Activation Code.
Before I bought on Appstore the application for my iPad. It works OK, but I need to have a backup of the files.
I have the invoice and the Email sent by DDH. The activation Code is not there.
On screen it say:
License Key
If Applicable

Realy disappointed. I need some answer.

Thanks for posting and sorry to read of the issue you have experienced.

Upon purchasing, the email you received should have included instructions detailing how to log in to your account with us at so that you can download the full version for installation and retrieve your registration code.

Using the information in that email, log in to your account at, entering your email address and password (it's included in the email). Once you log in you'll see an option near the middle of the page to select the download. To the right of the download link you'll see a 16 digit code.

After you download the DMG file, double click it and follow the onscreen prompts.

After installation, open HanDBase Desktop. You'll be prompted to enter your 16 digit code.
