Thanks for writing.
You can sync HanDBase databases on an Android to Access 2000 databases on a Windows computer using the HanDBase Professional for Android/Windows addon. The sync would occur via a local WiFi connection.
You can purchase a copy of the Professional addon here:

Note that HanDBase for Android is not included in this addon, and is available for purchase from Google Play.
The following document details the basics of syncing:

Additionally, you can use CSV format files as an "intermediary" if you want to exchange data via email or Dropbox.

In my opinion there are two reasons. First, it takes a lot of work, time and imagination to create a good database program. I think the developer deserves to be rewarded for all that effort. Second, I have generally found that you get what you pay for. Yes, there are free DB programs, but I consider those generally very limited in capabilities and features and often littered with ads. They may be good for a simple task, but little else. HanDBase is a serious database program, with no ads, and good for developing serious tasks.
Finally, last I looked the base price of HandDBase was only about $10. In my opinion for the capabilities and features of this software I consider that ridiculously cheap. Compare with Microsoft's current price of $130 for Access. Does HanDBase have only one-13th the capabilities of Access? Not in my opinion, but that is just my opinion.
