Unable to sync

Sync has stopped working. The message "From your desktop, visit:192.168.1.41:8080" (with that address, in my case) appears but it neither sync nor I'm able to access the web page from the computer.
Any idea?

It worked correctly in the past. I have soft reset the phone.

Edit: I tried another software that I have which uses a very similar method to sync between phone and computer and it worked. After that handbase works again. Strange.

Hi,

Thanks for posting.

This can happen due to temporary network glitches. When it occurs, typically the best course of action is to do the following:

1. Unplug power from the wireless router
2. Wait about one minute
3. Plug power back into your wireless router
4. Wait for normal network operation to resume

After this, attempt to sync again.
