Error Record: 995

I could not open a database on the android.

Trying would pop me right out.

I then got this error syncing to the desktop:

Error Record: 995

I do not know my next step.

Hi Charles,

It sounds like your database might have some corruption in it. If you're able, please email a copy of the database to support@ddhsoftware.com and we can verify it's corrupted and attempt to manually fix it if so.

Hi Charles,

Apologies for the delay. I checked with Brian and he's working on it. Since it requires some deep digging it may take some time to see if it can be recovered.
