Hide the database list on open

Postby DavidFerrington » Thu Sep 11, 2014 9:59 am

Although I've been a member a very long time, I'm only now starting to design a db. I've been through the tutorials and docs etc. I'd like to hide the list of databases on the left of the screen, when I open one. I know I can touch the 3 bar icon next to cancel to do it, but is it possible to do it as a form action or something equivalent?

Hi,

I don't believe this is an option right now, but we will definitely consider it.

Thanks - on iOS, what I'd really like is to be able to create a bookmark on thehome screen that opens the DB - probably not possible since I think bookmarks have to be URL - but failing that, just launching to the last db and start form (yes I know it does that), but with list collasped, would be good).
Obviouly, I'm new and only one DB at present, but it's going to be the one used most.

Hi,

Agreed, a launch per database shortcut would be awesome. We can't make promises on this feature because of app guidelines, but we won't close the door on it.
