Database crashes when trying to edit popup menu item

Dear HanDBase, I am having a problem when I try to edit a popup menu item - the database crashes. This happens when I tap "Edit name popups" and then tap the 'i' symbol next to the popup item I want to edit. This happens both from within a record in the database, or when editing through "Database properties:Fields". I can still add a new popup item, or delete an existing one, however can't edit an existing one. I have been using HanDBase for about 5years and have never had this problem before. Can someone help please? Charles

I have an iPad 2 running iOS 9.2.1. I can see the same behavior when trying to edit a popup menu entry. When I push the "i" button on an entry, HanDBase thinks a while and then crashes.
I could send an iPad Crash Log of HanDBase if that would be of any help.

Regards,
Ulrich

Sorry for the issue. This is something we are working on fixing in an upcoming update. We've known of it but have had a very hard time successfully duplicating it on various devices but now that we have we are able to get a fix in place soon.

Thanks for your patience.

I hadn't been aware of the bug before Charles' posting and it can be fairly easily circumvented. The fix doesn't have much prority for me if you have more pressing problems to fix.

Ulrich

Yes, as Ulrich says the issue is not an urgent one to fix, as it is fairly easy to work around. Rather than edit the item just delete it and then re-enter as a new item.
