I'm trying to help somebody with only an iPad who wants to download a database from the free application library web site.
Since you can only post one file to the web site, you have to you have to post databases with forms in a zip file. How does a person with only an iPad get the files out of a zip file, and into the HandBase on his iPad without help from other computers. I've played with my wife's iPad but without success.

Can't believe I never responded to your message from this long ago- for some reason I thought it was already answered for you. When a database creator uploads a zip file to our gallery it's supposed to unzip the zip file and offer the individual files within that zip file to users connecting from the iPad. Sounds like that is not happening and I don't have an iPad around right now to try and see. An alternative would be to download a file utility for the iPad that can handle zip files and present the files within it. I've used GoodReader in the past for this, but I'm sure there are many to do this.

And sorry again for the delayed response!
