HB & iOS7

Discussion of the version of HanDBase that runs on the iPhone and iPod touch devices. This includes the synchronization conduits as well.

This may be a little harsh, but another interesting read.

I follow a lot of tech blogs. Yeah, they usually seem to show iOS 7 on white phones for some reason. Maybe the general whiteness of the OS blends better with white hardware. I'll likely stick with black, though. :)

HB & iOS7

Postby ArGiEs » Fri Jun 14, 2013 11:46 pm

I saw one in a post on iMore.com. Here's a copy of the address of the article–there's this fuzzy picture at the top of the post that appears to be a black iPhone with the iOS 7 homepage:

Don't think the link will be live after I post it, so you'll have to copy it into a browser.

Edit: yes, the link is live & works

HB & iOS7

I think it's just a part of the media presentation because of the tendency toward pastels. A white phone accentuates the new icon & wallpaper backgrounds. I'm a black device person myself.

My opinion... iOS will finally grow up, visually.

^I think the person who posted the previous post is just looking for customers. He simply copied & pasted my last post.

Hi Bob,

Thanks for letting me know about that. I actually moderate the first posts of users and when I saw this one I saw the ad in the sig but also thought, 'wow, it's not some irrelevant fake text but an actual contribution to the topic, with correct grammar usage and all!". It never occurred to me that these spammers now are going to start copying the text from other posts. Very sneaky and I'm going to have to keep an eye out for it!!

I've deleted the post and banned the user, so now it looks like you're accusing Brian (the now previous poster) of plagiarizing your post ;)

Have a good day

I am not a DDHSoftware employee, just a long time HanDBase user.... from Palm to Windows Mobile to Android, to iOS. Thanks to DDH, the database files transferred to each platform without a problem.
