 Hello everybody. I am new here. Just wondering what is the major difference between related fields vs linked fields?

As a follow up to Dave's reply. Basically with Link/Linked fields you can only establish a One to Many relationship. One record in the parent record to many records in the child database. With the Relationship field you can set up other relationships, Many to One, Many to Many, etc.

The articles Dave posted links to should give you more information on those details.

Thank you for your import observation... That kinda helps... However I think I am going to need to experiment a bit more to get the hang of it.
