unlocked iPhone ssh to pdb files

Discussion of the version of HanDBase that runs on the iPhone and iPod touch devices. This includes the synchronization conduits as well.

unlocked iPhone ssh to pdb files

[*]I have been using hanbase now for a while and it's great for my property letting business. The problem is that the wifi on my iPhone has gone caput and therefore I can't use the desktop app to back up my data bases which are important to me. Now I've managed to use the USB connection via an app called iPhone tunnel to give me access to the file system but I don't know where to look to download the pdb files so I can open them in the desktop app. Can anyone help, I've spent hours inputting data.

There is likely a better way to get these files off your iPhone. The built in iTunes Backup program creates a bundled file containing everything on your iPhone. There are free tools available to extract the files out of this backup. Once extracted, you have the PDB file you need to open on the desktop and/or install to a new iPhone device.

There is a free version for Macs: http://supercrazyawesome.com/

and one for Windows: http://www.reincubate.com/labs/iphone-b ... p-windows/

Hope this helps!

Ok thanks for that info, I presume I can do a search to find the files once it's decoded the back up.
