database error after upgrading to hb4

Dear all

I found an error in my patient medical record database after upgrading to hb v4.
When I browse the records with linked databases (medical problems, medications, etc) the handbase stops working and I must "kill" it and re-initiate again.

This happens several times a day. I tried to use a backup copy of the main pdb file and it works for one week and then the error apears again.

Itried to use the mais pdb file with hadbase 3 and it works just perfect ( I must also use the original forms files made in HB 3).

Is the file corrupted? Is ther any way to repair it?
