Password does not work

I am trying to get into my account. Can't remember my password so I asked to have a new one. Got the email with a set of numbers but it does not work. they are the same numbers when I did the same thing. What next?

Hi Gordon,

We don't have a link to generate a new password- it sends you your password so you can type it right in. Had we stored any sensitive info like your credit card number, etc we would not send this through email but since the only thing your password does it allow you to download the app, then the risk is only on us.

That said, I just tried and was able to log into your account just fine! Please email me at the address below and I'll help get you going again!

PS since I have your attention. I posted a question on the windows forum about not being able to get a DBpopup to work. Any thoughts?
