Wifi Connectivity Question

Hello

We are installing Handbase onto new Ipad Air devices. We have been having issues with connectivity. Does anyone have a solution for wifi connectivity over an enterprise system?

Thanks for your post. Are you unable to get to the device from your computer? Do they show the same IP range (eg, 192.168.0.x)? Please provide some more details and we'll try to offer some assistance.

Hello!

The IP Addresses are different for my computer and ipad.

While the exact address will be different, ie 192.168.1.114 and 192.168.1.123, they should have the same range. For example, both should start with 192.168.1..., instead of one starting with 192.168... and the other with 10.x.

Please try the following:

1. Place an iPad in Airplane Mode
2. If possible, unplug power from your wireless router
3. Wait a minute
4. Plug power back into your wireless router
5. Wait for normal network activity to resume
6. Enable WiFi on the iPad, taking care to connect to the same network the computer uses

At this time, try syncing again.
