The issue relates to an update made to some of the antivirus solutions for Windows, recently. We have seen it occur with the free versions of AVG and Avast. With these enabled, the error of "no databases..." appears. Temporarily disabling AVG or Avast seems to allow the sync to work properly.

We are investigating what has changed with these software titles that is causing the conflict and will keep you updated.
