Hi,
I have downloaded handbase4plusiphonedemo.dmg, the mac desktop version for a trial look.

when I run it, it asks for a licence key, which I don't have. If I click cancel on the licence request box, the program terminates.

Any help on running the trial would be most appreciated since I am keen to move from Bento and get a better version of my vegetable garden database up and running.

My system is mac os 10.9.1 iMac

Thanks for writing. Please download a new copy of the demo as we temporarily had a problem but it should now be fixed.

I downloaded the trial this morning with the same result... it's asking for a Registration Code that I don't have...

My sincere apologies- we did have and fix a problem with the desktop only version on Mac and it turns out the problem existed on the plus upload as well. I just fixed and reuploaded the installer (and verified it's working!). Let me know if you encounter any further difficulties!

I have the same problem: It's asking for a code I don't have. Mac 10.8.5

This problem was addressed a while ago and the fix was uploaded so you shouldn't be having this problem any longer. If you are, please contact support@ddhsoftware.com and we'll try to figure out what's going on!
