Sync crashes iPhone

I have an iPhone 5s running iOS 8.1.2. I am attempting to sync the phone with Windows HanDBase 4.7.5 on a laptop running Win 7.0.

Everything is fine until I start the snyc. The iPhone HanDBase program closes and nothing is synced. Plenty of errors, see below:

Hi,

Thanks for posting and sorry to see the sync issue you are experiencing.

Please try to rebuild the partnership using the steps below:

- Open HanDBase Desktop
- Select the Configure / iPhone Users menu option
- When the sync dialog appears click the partnership from the list
- Click the Delete button on the dialog
- Agree to delete the partnership
- Close the sync dialog
- Close HanDBase Desktop
- Use a file manager to browse to /Documents/HanDBase
- Find the folder named after your iPhone
- Move it to your computer's desktop
- Set up a new sync partnership

After the new sync partnership is set up, you can reinstall any databases you need from the folder you moved to the desktop using the Install options within HanDBase Desktop.

This works for me. I experienced the issue in IOS8 / Windows 8.1, then left it alone for a few months. Tried again today with IOS9 and Windows 10, but with the same outcome. The steps you outlined above worked for me - especially the moving of the folder, as I had tried to delete/redefine the partnership without this, to no avail.

I am having the same problem with Samsung Android S8
I tried deleting the databases from the synch screen, shut down and added a new user and got the same error messages below:

The data bases all synch to the ipad no problem
