Thanks for posting.
Sorry to read of the issues you are experiencing. We've seen HanDBase for Android working well in Android 6, so this may be more of a result of "sawdust" from the upgrade process than anything else.
Please do the following:
1. Use a file manager on your phone to browse to the internal storage
2. Find the folder titled HanDBase
3. Open it, making sure it contains all of your database files
4. Make a *copy* of this folder, just to have a backup of your databases
5. Uninstall HanDBase from your phone
6. Reinstall HanDBase from Google Play
7. Open it and check to see if the databases are now listed and verify that HanDBase works properly for you
