How do I get an older version from the itunes app store

I have an ipod touch 5th generation that only goes up to ios version 9.3.5. When I had to do a restore of my ipod I lost the Handbase app because the app's new version requires ios version 10 or higher. Where can I download the older version of Handbase which I purchased years ago or one that will work with this ipod touch?
