I just bought an Iphone XS Max
Previously this database was opening fine on 8 plus running ios12 for a week
The program and databases came over with the transfer / upgrade to XS Max
I am having issues with my Access sync databases only (the regular Handbase files are fine) - not all but most 6 of 7 failing to open..... and of course my most important ones.

When I go to open a file Handbase just closes..... I don't see the database open at all - and goes to the desktop screen, basically it just crashes.
I have removed and reinstalled the program - i have emailed the individual databases to try and remedy this to no avail.
Any suggestions?

Hi there,

Thanks for writing. Is there by any chance a password set on the databases that are closing? If so, it may be because of a bug with Face ID and iOS12 that was causing the crash. I just released a fix for this today so if you download the update, hopefully all is well. Let me know if not and we'll get to the bottom of it!

Let's see..... Ummmmm how do you say this in English U DA MAN - Just applied the update - and you see my current response is positive....

OK I'll be me.... now if we only had online sync across devices...
