Hi again,
Sorry for the delayed response. Two things we need to check:
1. The folder you are checking appears to be the synced folder for the Files activesync conduit. We don't sync our files there, though you typically do find them there as well since the Files conduit makes copies of each file within the My Documents tree. The folder you should look to find your HanDBase synced files is here:
C:\Users\nestor\Documents\HanDBase
under there you should have a folder named after your device's user name and the databases are stored there. This is as of the HanDBase 4.1.5 Development release. The prior versions stored data in a different folder.
2. Since you're getting lots of errors in your sync, it's doubtful any are actually syncing. At this point I don't know why that's all failing. I think the best course of action is to enable debug logging in case the debug log shows more information. Here's info on how to set this up:
Here is a link to a utility that helps us look deeper into sync
problems:
http://www.ddhsoftware.com/files/debug40.zipThis is a very small file that does nothing but allow debugging
information to be recorded into a separate log file (a file called
"hdbdbg.log" at
XP
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\HanDBase4\hdbdbg.log
Vista
C:\Program Data\HanDBase4\hdbdbg.log
If you open this .exe, you will see a message and a checkbox to
select. Select that checkbox, and then perform a sync of either the
Windows Mobile Classic/Professional (Pocket PC), Windows Mobile
Standard (Smartphone) or the Palm OS device. This will log all of the
actions taken by the HandBase conduit during the sync process on a
much more microscopic level than the normal sync log does. I can't
guarantee that this will help isolate a fix or workaround, but this
should help us figure out at least which exact action is the last
action that does work during the sync process. Once you re-create the
error, you can send the hdbdbg.log as an attachment to
support@ddhsoftware.com .
