Description:	This is a database that will track all aspects of a runner's training. Includes fields for routes, distances, weather conditions, how you felt on each run, and calculates such things as your pace per mile, and even has a spot for the shoes you wear. Also has a spot to check when you supplement your running with weights.

Reports:	Export all kinds of reports to show your progress. Even use the filter for the different shoes to see how many miles you've put on a shoe to know when to replace it. Also can make monthly charts showing your distance build up
