07/15/2004 HandyLog V4 Anaesthetic Logbook [Medical]
Revised anaesthetic logbook to accommodate the changes incorporated in HanDBase v3.0j (July 2004). The forms have also been modified to enhance appearance. Original "classic" version retained for those not wishing to use the forms; please see the HandyLog Forms Doc supplied for instructions.
Handylog has the ability to perform simple analyses while on the handheld using the new 'views' feature of HanDBase v3. The applet is designed to link with the UK PC based logbook v3 or above by Hammond and McIndoe, but can easily be used to export data into Excel or Access. It can also readily be adapted to suit personal needs. Contains 4 databases together with text files in acrobat reader and palm doc formats. The databases are linked to enable easier entry of data on the handheld, reducing the need to type with the on screen keyboard making its use as “point & click” as possible. Contains databases for operation, critical incident and procedures, otherwise it functions in the same manner as the 'RCA HanDBase Logbook'offered elsewhere. Also added are fields to automatically calculate the age of the patient

07/09/2003 Chronic Pain Casebook [Medical]
This applet is designed to keep a logbook for the subspecialty of chronic pain.
It is designed to maintain a complete record of attendance in the management of non acute pain.
A main database is linked to a separate follow-up database in such a way that the records in the follow-up database are specific to each patient / client.
The applet has been modelled on the diagnostic criteria used by the PACS database system authorised by the Pain Society used in the UK.
However it could easily be adapted to suit individual needs.
