Description:	An Anesthesia Friend wanted a way to keep up with pertinent coding data... This is an applet which has the following fields Patient,Date,Surgeon, Start Time, Stop Time,Patient Status, Procedure, Diagnosis, Anesthesia Code, Anesthesia Code Description, Anesthesiologist, Facility,Carrier, Notes. Each field exists under a surgical subspecialty, Gen Surg, Ob/Gyn,Plastics, Urology, etc... Pop up Databases provide quick access to Anesthesia Cpt codes or Common procedures + CPT codes are accessed under each Subspecialty... Additional common procedures are easily added to the pop-up databases... It is a simple tool primarily for logging cases for billing purposes and can be quickly filled out during the case... Sync at the end of the day to provide your billing company with almost everything they need... All of the 2002 Anesthsia 00 CPT codes are provided in a separate field...
