Description:A quick reference guide for law enforcement officers. Contains over 350 entries in less than 300kb! Almost every traffic law is listed. Contains the statute number, catergory (moving,non-moving,criminal,etc.), points applied to license, exact text of statute and notes section to add data. Database is catergorized for easy searching. Also contains forms for easy viewing. Has 19 seperate views already inputted based on category of violation. Statute text and notes are seperated onto seperate forms to not clutter the record view. Now includes a dictionary lexicon for legal definitions. The lexicon allows one to look up words from within Handbase and determine the specific definition according to FL Statute.

10/16/2003 Home Repairs [Real Estate]
A database designed to track completed home repairs and recurring maintenance. This database was developed on Handbase 3.x with forms for inputting and viewing records. I developed this DB to track repairs done around the house, their warranties, and the cost. It also has a calculated field to track recurring preventive maintenance. For instance when you change you AC filter, put it one month for due and it will display the next date you will need to change it. Has two views: one for viewing by date item completed and the other to view by date maintenance is due.

10/23/2003 Address History [Real Estate]
I move a lot, and when it came time to put in applications for employment or credit I had a hard time remembering everywhere I lived and for how long. I use this database to track everywhere I have lived. The DB has from and to date fields. It also calculates how many years, months and days you lived at each place. I also prepared forms for this DB.
