Description:This is a database to arrange agendas for meetings. The layout allows you to capture ideas as you work and categorize the agenda content based on meeting type, priority, category. When you have the content established within the database, just export to Microsoft Word and the AGENDA will materialize as a table, you can format and make changes from there. Remember that any changes made in word should be copied back into the database for history and so it is current. Word allows a detailed spell check and font and structure manipulation.
Has Data:Yes
Has Forms:No
Filters:There are 3 different views aside from default, which shows everything unless you assign a filter. ARCHIVES > A running history of agenda topics and contents FUTURE TOPICS > Ideas for meeting content, for notes and building the content of the topic AGENDA > All but ARCHIVES and FUTURE TOPICS
Sorting:Based on PRIORITY and what VIEW is applied
Reports:EXPORT to Microsoft Word for manipulation to structure and format of font, then printout as the AGENDA for whatever meeting you are initiating.
Comments:This is so simple, and it is very useful AS you generate ideas, I work on my agenda from the end of one meeting to the beginning of the next as ideas arise or communication I need to express to my team gets revealed, that way I don't forget any detail my people may need.

A simple database to track forms submitted for various reasons within an organization. Managers and Supervisors have typically seen how easily important documents get mis-placed, mis-filed, lost or tossed. This database simply records the form type, date of submission, relevent associated parties, and brief description for why the form was submitted. It has been a crucial piece of evidence in many past conflicting stories about whether or not a given form was ever submitted, when it was submitted, who it was submitted to, who by, etc. etc. etc.

SHOPPER is a handy means to organize and calculate costs in real time while shopping. I have tried several other programs for these purposes but this one hits the mark for me. After using it and refining it over a couple years I decided to make it available to other Handbase users. The primary data in the download is Winco Foods data, I left it there so you can see the results and different views. To change the Tax percentage used in calculations, choose DB Properties / Fields / Tax [Calculated] Field – Hit the “Configure” button and change the value 0.088 to reflect your states sales tax percent, ensure you don’t change parenthesis or function operators in the field or it won’t correctly calculate.
