This is the data from the 2004 Jenny Craig maintenance brochure; some of the latest foods are missing. I made this for my own use; please let me know if you find it useful. I also have the JC grocery lists, by category, as well as created simple databases to record daily exchanges, daily menus, daily totals, and visual serving cues.
