Description:	A useful ITU logbook designed for all Critical Care trainees, especially those with an interest in an ITU career. Makes extensive use of FORMS for ease and speed of data entry. As well as basic demographics, it also allows detailing of progression of disease, and interventions, APACHE Scoring, airway, mode of ventilation, inotropes and type of Cardiac Ooutput monitoring and Renal support. Of cause procedures and supervision are also loggable! There is an "EVENTS" Tab, which allows a note on changes in condition. Importantly, you can keep a track of patients reviewed on the ward (but not admitted), and log the degree of involvment with the patients (from "Routine Care" to "Emergency intervention". This has been deliberately made as a "Logbook", rather than an Electronic Patient Record (of which there are several on this site).

Filters:	Extensive use of "Views" allows filtering of results into several catagories - Demographic, Respiratory Support, Cardiovascular Support, Procedures, Outcomes, Current Patients and Ward Reviews.
