Description: | This database tracks weight-lifting routines and workouts for multiple people (so you can use it when more than 1 person works out together). It stores routines of up to 12 exercises that become the template for recording individual workouts.
I created this database for use with my Bowflex, but I assume it would work for anyone who has workouts that follow any kind of routine.
It comes with sample data that can be deleted right away. |
