Description:	A slightly improved set of related databases that let you record demographic and history, as well as tracking all contacts, progress notes, phone calls, prescriptions, etc. Includes Dx and Rx databases. Could, incidentally, be modified for use by internists, pediatricians, etc.

Reports:	1) The 3 files "Eval--1/2/3" allow for rapid recording and printing of initial evaluations and/or consultations. 2) Progress notes and all other contacts can be easily sorted and printed out.
Comments:	1) I use "Patients.pdb" as the main database, and access all related databases via links from this. 2) Please contact me if you have any trouble unzipping or installing these files!
