Linked database to keep track of Name, Age, Sex, Race, Allergies, Diagnoses, Procedures (including POD), Phone numbers, Other MD's, and To Do list (including days left before deadline). New categories include Images and Tests. Made to help me run 2 retina clinics where charts aren't always available. Easily modifiable to accommodate different specialties. Probably most useful for residents/fellows in continuity-type clinic situation.
