Description:	This applet is for tracking your posessions for insurance purposes. It automatically calculates the age of each item based on purchase date and keeps a running total of replacement value in the list view. Fields include category, brand, model #, serial #, description, cost, replacement value, purchase date, and store. Includes check boxes for items with 'payments pending' and 'have receipt'. Has pre-populated, customizable pop-up menus for category, brand, and store. Also includes a 'sketch note' field for drawing any relevant markings or identifying features of any item.

Comments:	Version 1.1 posted 11/16/00. Description: Changed purchase date to default to current date in order to correct false results of item's age calculation when no date is set.
