Description:Keep a record of when you replace your disposable contacts. Even tells you how many days you worn them.

Comments:Your first record should have a minus number equal to the pairs of contacts you want to start with. Enter that number in the Used Field. Each time you replace your contacts enter a new record with 1 in the used field it will calculate the number of days you have worn the current pair. Enter properties for this database and change the Left value and Right value headings to indicate your contacts correction values. Currently Left �2.25 and Right �2.00 displays.

Federal employees this database will help you keep track of your leave balances. This database automatically tabulates your balances for Annual, Sick, and Comp. time. You start by entering your balance from last year plus time earned for the first pay period. All 26 pay periods are entered with the default leave earned amount for annual at 6 hours (you may have to adjust this based on your years of service) Sick Leave is set at 4 hours. Each record also includes a note field for making additional comments on each pay period. There are also fields to keep track of any over-time you work.
