Description:	This is a revised version of the School Nursing Log and Student MedBase applets. Three databases are included; School Nursing Log2, Student Medbase2, and Nurse's Report. The School Nursing Log is designed for School Nurses to keep track of daily student visits, while the Student MedBase allows for yearly student information to be stored for quick retrieval throughout the day. Records in the School Nursing Log can be copied and moved to the Nurse's Report Database for annual reporting purposes. A readme doc has been included which explains how the databases can be used most effectively.
