Answer:
The HanDBase Data Exchange for MS Access and for ODBC requires that the ODBC driver of the application you are trying to convert to be at Level 1 for Reading data and at Level 2 for Writing data. Other drivers may work for some functions but not for others. You will want to make sure you have drivers that support these levels.
