After doing the research on the forum I'm still not sure of a solution or if this question was asked.
My question is can multiple computers on a network view the handbase files with the form and images?
I came up with this old answer

Great question- let's assume you have three desktops that all want to share the databases. One may consider sharing a drive (mapping a network drive, DropBox, Google Drive, etc) among the computers and just letting each user access the same file. But often that's not a good solution, especially if edits are being made simultaneously.

This is pretty much standard. I have my main database saved on computer 1, c drive. All the images are also saved on Computer 1. Using default saves. Mine look like user/power user/my documents /handbase. Two folders are created within handbase ; iPhone (my iOS device name) and Images. Images contains all the pictures while iPhone holds all my databases and forms. This is simple and standard
Computer 2 is running handbase desktop remotely. I can see it on my network and I am able to open the database with the form. Everything is great. EXCEPT no images.
Am I missing something?? Something about pathing? Maybe.
I do have a work around but I rather not do it. I can copy the images from
computer 1 and put them computer 2 in the handbase folder within Images it will "view them".
Basically I gather my data and sync to computer 1, that is located in my office, but I would like the ability to view the database out of the office and in the shop on a desktop.
Is there any easier way to view my images on a remote computer without the need to copy the image locally.
Thanks.
