Return sync from USB to WiFi

Hi,

I've been merrily syncing over WiFi for years, and this morning accidentally hit the 'USB' button. It now tries USB and fails every time. Is there a way to get it back to WiFi short of recreating the job?

Hi there,

Sorry to hear of your situation! I think the only way to get back is to delete and recreate the partnership. If you are just using the default syncing (ie, haven't set up any custom database sync settings) this shouldn't be too hard to do. If you do have custom sync settings, I'd suggest contacting support and Brian can guide you through recreating those changes.

Sorry I can't recall an easier way to switch back!
