Sync problem

Postby MHF NE7 » Wed Apr 07, 2021 2:28 pm

Hi,

I have an iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 14.4.2, HanDBase for iPhone 4.9.079 2018.9.23.1, HanDBase to Desktop 4 (Mac OS), version 4.6.0.2. I have added and updated a couple records on the Mac end. When I sync, I get all the proper messages, but the changed and added records do not appear. I have the sync settings to "Desktop Data Overwrites Handheld"

The MacOS log is:
04-07-2021 15:23: Synchronizing with User: MikeiPhone12Pro
04-07-2021 15:23: Version: 4.6.0.2

04-07-2021 15:23: Sync Complete
04-07-2021 15:23: -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have attached a screen shot on the log from my iPhone.

I also tried syncing the same database to my iPad Pro 11", iPadOS 14.4.2 with the same result. Records are not updating, but the update appears to work.

Hopefully there is an easy fix or I am doing something dumb.

Thank you for your help.

I have been trying to recreate your issue, but have not been able to.

Can you post a screenshot of the sync settings for the database, please?
Have a good day

Curt
I am not a DDHSoftware employee, just a long time HanDBase user.... from Palm to Windows Mobile to Android, to iOS. Thanks to DDH, the database files transferred to each platform without a problem.
