No Databases Installed -- Galaxy A52

I just installed the App for my new Galaxy A52
OS is Android 11
Desktop is WIN 10 Pro 64 Bits

A week ago, I downloaded HDB -- I forget whether from DDH or the Playstore

I copied all the databases and HDFs to the INSTALL folder

I synced and the A52 got everything

Yesterday, I tried to sync and got the error:
No Databases Installed

What is my next step
