Access violation

I'm still working on getting HB to sync with my Samsung tablet. When I start to sync any database I'm getting an access violation at address 0049F538 in module 'AndroidSync.exe'. Read of address 00000FE4. What can be causing this? The same databases sync with no problem on my Samsung phone.

It looks like I finally have gotten sync to work for my tablet. I have my router set up to connect via either 2.4 Ghz or 5 Ghz. My tablet was connecting on the 2.4 side and apparently HB was trying to communicate on the 5 side. I switched the tablet to the 5 side and that helped. What finally got things going was in addition I wiped out all the HB program and files off the tablet, and then reinstalled HB. I also changed the device name of the tablet. After all that sync finally started to work!
