When displaying a view is there a way to delete more than 1 record at a time?
The Windows convention of using SHIFT and CONTROL to select records is not available.

I am assuming that you are working with HanDBase Windows Desktop, even though you did not state what platform that you are using. However, the concept is basically the same no matter which platform that you are using.

*NOTE* Make sure you backup the database before deleting the records. It is easy to press or click on the wrong selection.

• Create a filter that will find the records that you want to delete.
• Find the Delete Records command. For Windows Desktop, it is located under actions
• When you press or click 'Delete Records', you should get a menu asking to delete the records within the filter range, outside of the filter range, or all records.
• Press or click 'Within Filter Range'

The records inside the filter range will be deleted.

*NOTE* You can create a filter for the records you want to save, and then use the 'Outside the filter range' option
