help must be expression in the text box filtering options

Is it possible to enter expressions MUST BE in the options of filtering with the textbox? I think the results will be more accurate filtering.
Example:
The database contains the names of buildings: Building 1, Building 11, Building 111th When I use as a filter text field "Name of the building," and I type "Building 1" I get the following data on Building 1, Building 11, Building 111th I need only data on "Building 1".
