Mailing database or records

Hi,

I use handbase on some handhelds in my business.
I scan QR codes on articles in my warehouse. Everything works perfect. Even sync with access which i use for planning.
But i want to know is there any possibility that i can have a button on the form to mail directly all records in database to somebody.
Or maybe export to CVS and mail. Or PDF.
Printing would also be an possibility but than we have to scan the paper and printing with my handheld I never managed also.

It would be a great time saver for us and there would be made less faults.

I use an INTERMEC CN50 Windows Mobile 6.1

I would be great that somebody could help me or give me some usefull info.
