Supporting of HanDbase

Hi,

It was not seen or approved by any mods. Tried Facebook... no success either.

I am interested inbuying a few licenses, but I guess I will wait some answer about activity before even writing my questions again.

Thanks!

Most support happens through the forum. People here are pretty helpful when they can, and there are a few of us that have been using HanDBase for many years.

The reason why it can take a little time to get a response from the developer is that HanDBase sales no longer supports his family, so he had to take a regular job. This reduces the time he has to work on HanDBase, answer questions, figure out issues, and spend time with the family. He is a one man band now, so he has many hats to wear.

When you post a question here, please try to include as much information as possible. What you were doing, what you see, steps to recreate the issue if possible, etc. More information will help in trying to figure out what you are seeing, or what you are having issues with.

Another helpful hint is posting in the correct subforum, iPhone, iPad, Android, Desktop for PC or Mac etc.
Have a good day

Curt
I am not a DDHSoftware employee, just a long time HanDBase user.... from Palm to Windows Mobile to Android, to iOS. Thanks to DDH, the database files transferred to each platform without a problem.
